Here I was having fun with paint and fabric. I managed to hire out a basement room at Somerset Place in Bath, and just made lots of work that I wouldnt normally have the space to make.
The room and space itself was spooky and old and damp and had traces of what it was once like. So it was perfect for my project that had followed on from the historical Bath one.
I made a sort of installation piece with hanging dresses and walking shirts. All covered in white paint.
The callico dress i made to fit me and asked a few of my friends if they wouldnt mind throwing paint on me whilst wearing it, obviously they were more than willing! It was a blooming freezing day as well, and I realised afterwards that i hadnt brought any towels to dry myself with, so we made quite alot of mess. But all in the name of art I suppose!
